Job Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical Marketing Analyst to drive deep-dive analysis across campaign experiments, lifecycle journeys, lead aggregator partnerships and performance marketing at Branch International.
This role is focused on translating campaign and funnel data into clear, actionable insights that improve conversion, efficiency, and commercial outcomes in a regulated fintech environment.
Responsibilities
  • Campaign & Experimentation Analysis:
    • Analyze A/B and multivariate experiments across performance, lifecycle, and brand campaigns.
    • Evaluate uplift, statistical significance, and downstream impact on conversion and quality.
  • Funnel & Lifecycle Analysis:
    • Conduct ad-hoc funnel analysis across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
    • Analyze lifecycle campaign performance (push, in-app, email, SMS, WhatsApp) to identify drop-offs and optimization levers.
  • Performance Marketing Analysis:
    • Deep-dive into Google, Meta, Affiliate, and other paid channels to assess CAC, ROI, LTV, and cohort quality.
    • Support budget allocation and scaling decisions with data-backed insights.
  • Lead Aggregator & Partner Analysis:
    • Analyze lead aggregator performance by volume, conversion, quality, fraud indicators, and unit economics.
    • Support commercial optimization including pricing, caps, and partner mix.
  • Commercial & Efficiency Optimization:
    • Partner with Growth and Finance teams to track efficiency metrics and improve marketing ROI.
    • Identify opportunities to optimize spend, funnels, and lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Support:
    • ​​​​​​​Build and maintain clear dashboards and ad-hoc analyses for marketing and leadership teams.
    • Communicate insights and recommendations in a concise, decision-ready manner.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, or a related analytical field (IIT/Tier A B.Tech preferred).
Experience: 2–4 years in marketing analytics, growth analytics or a similar role preferably in Fintech/BFSI or high-scale digital businesses.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI tools.
  • Experience working with marketing and attribution tools (Google Ads, Meta, GA, Appsflyer/Adjust)
  • SQL proficiency for data extraction and validation is a strong plus.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a first-principles mindset
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and frequent ad-hoc requests
  • Clear communication of complex insights to non-technical stakeholders​​​​​​​
