Help shape the future of Printful’s marketing efforts! Our Marketing Strategy & Planning team is responsible for crafting the strategic vision and roadmap for our communication initiatives. You’ll play a crucial role in developing data-driven strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to reach and engage our target audiences.

Your daily tasks will entail:

• Collaborating with the marketing strategy and planning team to support the development of marketing initiatives

• Preparing, maintaining, and presenting regular reports, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics for products, categories, and campaigns

• Analyzing audience segment performance, setting KPIs, and outlining data collection methods to inform market strategies

• Collecting and analyzing competitor data such as marketing actions, pricing strategies, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and help improve the company’s competitive positioning

• Providing data-driven input to improve marketing strategies, objectives, and performance benchmarks.

• Gathering, managing, and visualizing data from different data sources.

• Presenting reports and contributing to the tracking and performance management of product categories and markets, offering actionable insights for decision-making.

• Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of campaign goals and strategies.

What we expect from you: 

• Good English skills

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, digital marketing, or a related role

• Proficiency in SQL or other data query languages

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner

• Genuine interest in marketing and data analysis

• Understanding of marketing channels & tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data visualization tools like MS PowerBI, Google Looker Studio, or others.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

• Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate analysis, marketing automation, ERPs, CRMs, Google Analytics, and/or Amplitude will be considered an advantage.

• Monthly salary EUR 2,000–2,400 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
