About the position
You will manage Outbound and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, collaborating with demand generation and marketing stakeholders, to attract, nurture, and monitor strategic accounts.
Main challenges
- Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns for different industries and personas, focusing on all stages of the sales funnel.
- Understand the customer journey and buying stages, utilizing various channels and tactics such as email drip campaigns, InMail, social hacking, and cross-functional activities like industry events, social media, webinars, workshops, panel discussions, and executive engagement initiatives.
- Create segmented lists of companies and personas according to ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria and personalize content to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Work directly with the sales team to align goals, share insights about accounts, and adjust marketing strategies to meet specific customer needs.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as BDRs (Business Development Representatives), providing insights and relevant marketing materials to support active prospecting.
- Utilize automation tools (HubSpot) to launch campaigns, track results, and manage contacts.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of outbound campaigns (email open rates, response rates, meetings booked, etc.), adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and optimized processes.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, conveying clear, concise, and organized messages tailored to the target audience.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in outbound marketing or active lead prospecting, preferably in the technology sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on personalization and persuasion.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of marketing metrics for demand generation.
- Analytical skills to organize and manage information, coupled with a results-oriented strategic vision.
- Goal-oriented, resilient, and customer-focused profile, with a high capacity to prioritize and execute multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Balance between strategic vision and attention to detail, with a focus on execution.
- Intermediate English.
Desirable Qualifications
- ABM experience
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in Cloud Computing, Edge Computing, or other IT technologies.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot.
- Previous experience in ABM and customer-centric marketing strategies.
- Track record of success in managing industry-specific integrated marketing programs, including events, executive or C-level programs, and social media focused campaigns.
- Spanish.

FlexWork Model
We offer a FlexWork model that prioritizes acculturation and collaboration.
