Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015 to provide every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of their location or financial situation. Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves for every point of friction in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in New York, NY our passionate changemaking team is looking for several new hires for various roles.
We are looking for Marketing Analyst to join our team in our Istanbul, Turkiye office. As a key member of our Marketing department.
The ideal candidate will be curious, have strong attention to detail, and have a passion for customer success.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Analyze performance metrics across various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization on the patient funnel.
  • Develop strategies to improve campaign performance, including audience targeting, ad creative, landing page optimization, and bidding strategies.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Design and implement A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns, landing pages, and other digital assets.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Data, and Product Development, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.


Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably within a performance marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, PowerBI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing and analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of speaking, writing, and understanding proficiency in English.
  • Living in Istanbul, preferably on the Asian side.
  • Work location is Kozyatagi, Istanbul; at least 2/3 days a week at the office.
