About the Role

The digital marketing landscape is constantly evolving, and we’re looking for an Account Executive (we call Client Advisors) to help shape the future of our marketing services. This role is ideal for someone who excels at high-level strategic thinking, marketing execution, and guiding both internal teams and clients toward measurable success.


You would have the opportunity to act as the primary point of contact for select clients, serving as their Client Advisor and ensuring their unique needs are met through data-driven marketing strategies. This would further establish you as a thought leader in Digital Marketing.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take the lead on:

  • Client Advisory & Account Management – Serving as the primary point of contact for select clients, developing and implementing customized digital marketing strategies to meet their goals.
  • Marketing Strategy Development – Enhancing and refining our marketing service offerings to provide high-impact strategies for current and future clients.
  • Build a Team Mindset – Collaboration with other Client Advisors (CAs) to help them grow strategic expertise and provide higher-value marketing insights to clients.
  • Performance Tracking & Strategy Optimization – Assisting in the creation of a data-driven system to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • A deep knowledge of the manufacturing and/or commercial contractor industry and how to market and sell via B2B methods.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across multiple industries.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, paid media, social media marketing, email marketing, content strategy, website design, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and analytics.
  • Experience managing multiple clients and marketing initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
  • The ability to lead and conduct strategy and discovery workshops with clients independently or as part of a team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present strategies and insights directly to clients.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive measurable results.
  • A self-motivated, problem-solving attitude—Run Toward Fire™ mindset required!
