WHAT YOU’LL DO


  • Design and lead large, complex, or high-visibility quantitative research engagements – primarily demand and segmentation with secondary data integration.
  • Serve as a senior quantitative expert, collaborating on research design, methodology selection, advanced analytics, and interpretation of complex data.
  • Oversee project quality, profitability, timelines, staffing, and strategic impact across multiple initiatives.
  • Serve as a senior client partner and trusted advisor, translating complex business challenges into effective research and consulting solutions.
  • Lead high-level analysis, insight development, storytelling, and executive presentations.
  • Ensure technical and analytical rigor across quantitative engagements and resolve complex methodological challenges.
  • Lead proposal development, pitch strategy, methodology design, and pricing discussions.
  • Coach and develop team members, raising standards of execution, client leadership, and quantitative capability.
  • Champion innovation, process improvement, and AI-enabled ways of working across the team.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent required, Master’s in relevant field preferred.
  • 6+ year’s primary, custom, healthcare market research industry experience required.
  • Significantly experienced in demand research and analysis
  • Use SPSS or other analytic software to explore data, manipulate datasets, create new variables, etc.
  • Joy in exploring big ideas and applying them to real-world challenges.
  • Penchant for creative problem solving and raising the bar.
  • Strong attention to detail without losing the forest for the trees.
  • Willingness and ability to occasionally travel out-of-state/out-of-country.
