Angott Search Group is partnering with a community bank in Iowa in the search for a Market President.
This is an on-site leadership opportunity based in the bank’s rural South Central Iowa market. The ideal candidate will bring strong Ag and Commercial Lending experience and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships within the community.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Ag & Commercial Lending experience.
- Current or prior management experience is a plus.
- Strong relationship management and business development skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in rural South Central Iowa.
