The Role
Lead our Bay Area market operations - building relationships, coordinating talent, and ensuring flawless execution of experiential activations across San Francisco, Oakland, and the greater Bay Area.
What You'll Do
- Lead hospitality presence across Bay Area market and activations
- Execute on-site events: logistics, day-of management, vendor coordination
- Build and manage a network of local brand ambassadors, event staff, and experiential talent
- Recruit, train, and develop talent for the Bay Area market
- Cultivate relationships with local venues, partners, and brand contacts
- Manage conference center and event space logistics
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in experiential marketing, events, hospitality, or talent management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Tech-savvy with scheduling/reporting tools
- Bay Area connections and local knowledge a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000 - $120,000 salary

- Flexible schedule with remote admin days

Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
