Job Description:
This job is responsible for developing customized investment strategies for clients, expanding the business, and coaching and developing investment talent. Key responsibilities include developing strategic growth priorities, reinforcing a culture of responsible growth, and managing risk in a proactive manner. Job expectations include overseeing overall investment team performance and ensuring the right investment strategies are implemented to deliver effective solutions for both clients and employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the expansion of investment management business and coordinates the delivery of the full range of product capabilities to high-net-worth clients

  • Partners closely with the Market Executive, Market Leader, and other leaders in the market to deliver on strategic growth priorities, in addition to supporting the client management process to deliver a branded client experience

  • Reinforces a culture of responsible growth, proactive risk management and delivering the enterprise through effective partnerships and business integration

  • Builds top performing, diverse teams that gain advantage against competitors while maintaining a pathway of top talent in the market

  • Builds, leads and coaches teams to bring the comprehensive investment platforms to serve the financial needs of complex and experienced clients

  • Establishes a client centered culture that recognizes the diverse needs of clients in all stages of their life which consists of growing and preserving wealth, managing liquidity, business succession planning and assisting clients in finding ways to support causes they deem meaningful

  • Ensures the team delivers a comprehensive wealth planning approach through discussions and diverse group conversations

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 or more years of leadership experience in an investment management environment which emphasizes high net worth investing. 

  • Demonstrated and successful track record building consensus amongst teams.

  • Experience coaching and mentoring investment professionals in the delivery of world class investment solutions. 

  • Background in growing and retaining a client base while enhancing efficiency. 

  • Proven success in integrating business development, portfolio management, and trust services to provide excellent client relationship management and services.

  • Demonstrated experience in business development and retention with Ultra High Net Worth and High Net Worth clients.

Desired Qualifications:

  • MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred.

  • CFP or CFA a significant plus.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range$250,000.00 - $344,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
