What you'll be doing
As a Market Development Partner - Welfare (L.68/99), you'll play a key role in driving the expansion of our Welfare products within the Large Enterprise segment (company up to 350 employees). This role is part of our commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Generate sales-qualified leads – By conducting high-energy outbound activities through cold calling, emails, and strategic online meetings with key customers.

  • Develop new business opportunities – By engaging with Large Enterprise Employers' main stakeholders to introduce Satispay as a leading welfare solution.

  • Fuel the sales pipeline – By building a robust pipeline of mid and large enterprise prospects to support the Business Development team.

  • Master sales tools – By effectively utilising CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot and outbound tools such as Sales Navigator/Lusha to track and manage activities.

  • Collaborate on growth strategies – By working closely with the team to exceed lead generation targets and scale the Large Enterprise business line.

  • 1 year of experience in outbound sales – Specifically focusing on contacting and engaging Enterprise-level customers.

  • Strong commercial attitude and negotiation skills – With the ability to confidently communicate and build relationships with executives and high-level decision-makers.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and outbound tools – Such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Sales Navigator to manage a complex sales pipeline.

  • Fluency in both Italian and English – Combined with a proactive, results-oriented approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Salary: €25,000 - €37,000 gross per annum + variable.

This range is set using objective, gender-neutral criteria for the role's core requirements. However, we do not believe in putting a ceiling on talent. The final compensation package is tailored according to your unique experience and expertise.
