Job Description

  • Identifying and developing locally relevant marketing initiatives and managing internal and external service providers and stakeholder
  • Management of daily operations, KPI monitoring and shop performance
  • Leading, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives and projects
  • Close collaboration with various departments, e.g., marketing, tech, logistics, or customer service
  • Market analyses and development​
  • Supporting the Markets Team with content analysis, strategic business cases, and operational optimizations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or the fashion industry
  • High level of motivation and a structured, independent work style
  • Excellent analytical skills and business sense
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Native German and excellent written and spoken English skills
