We are looking for a Market Access Strategy Manager to join our team and drive access strategies in Greece and Cyprus. The position
Reporting to the Director of Market Access & Public Affairs, you will lead key initiatives in pricing, health technology assessments (HTA), and reimbursement negotiations. Your focus will be on securing timely access to our therapies for patients, while ensuring compliance with local pricing policies and regulations. You will play a critical role in shaping the market access strategy, supporting the company's expansion in Greece and Cyprus.
Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze market data, including pharma expenditure, to identify trends and risks in the pricing landscape and propose actionable recommendations.
  • Responsible for creating all scenarios to be able to lead the negotiation process.
  • Support pricing, HTA, and reimbursement processes, ensuring alignment with corporate and local pricing strategies.
  • Negotiate with healthcare authorities, government bodies, and other stakeholders to secure optimal pricing and reimbursement conditions.
  • Develop and enhance the stakeholder management.


Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have a degree in Health Economics, Life Science, Law, or a related field.
On top of what we would expect:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in market access, pricing, HTA, or reimbursement in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of Greek and Cypriot healthcare systems, including reimbursement processes and pricing regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex pricing negotiations and secure positive outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and understanding of International Reference Pricing (IRP) mechanisms.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).


As a person, you are strongly communicative and can negotiate easily at all levels, as well as you are able to work in a systematic and structured way.
