General Description:
- Definition and execution of the market Access and pricing plan at national, regional and local level for the products of the Therapeutic Area.
Essential Functions of the job:
- Define, develop, and execute market access initiatives & strategic pricing (Pricing Frameworks, Management Entry Agreements, etc.) for the products at national, regional and hospital levels.
- Development and adaptation of the Global Value Dossier for Price & Reimbursement, to reach a fair price and reimbursement.
- Development and adaptation of health economic models, cost, and outcomes studies.
- Elaborate negotiation tools and coordinate negotiation strategies for the products at national, regional, and local levels.
- Sales or marketing support in terms of training and development of tools for sales team.
- Collaborate closely with local and international colleagues from Marketing and Medical, to ensure alignment on market access strategies, coordinate local actions and ensure the collection and analysis of useful observational or market research data.
- Lead access initiatives supporting field teams.
- The Market Access manager drives strategic direction, in close collaboration with critical key functions, to support product launch and its performance while monitoring progress against targets and efficiently managing the budget assigned.
- Monitor access insights related to pharmaceutical environment that could affect oncology area.
- Coordinate Access Stakeholders Management Plan
- Catalyse Value Based Health Programs related to the therapeutic area / products.
- Budget management & forecast / finance planning
- Pipeline management Supporting early planning with regards to evaluation trends in access process, endpoints, and stakeholders to inform launch readiness.
- Communicates relevant changes and trends in local health policy environment and Patient Access activities of new competitors to the cross-functional team.
- Ensure that all activities related to your job comply with the applicable external and internal regulations (policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and code of conduct).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the pharma industry.
- Fluency in English both oral and written communications
- Computer skills MS Office programs
- In-depth knowledge of the National health system and the health policies of the Autonomous Communities.
- Knowledge and leadership of relationships with key stakeholders for the pharmaceutical industry at all levels within the Health Organizations in the assigned Autonomous Communities
- Demonstrate deep scientific knowledge capacity.
- Holistic and strategic vision
- Persuasive communication with high presentation skills
Education Required: Bachelor of Science, master’s in science or business
Computer Skills: Standard Computer Skills required.
Travel: Approximately 10% of time
