The role of the Marketing Communications group at client in India is to develop unique creative marketing solutions that will support client's business growth without comprising the need for flawless development and execution of world-class communications. 

The Project Manager role will work cross-functionally and support all projects managed by Client Marcom, India. Duties include developing internal traffic systems, creating/coordinating schedules, tracking projects’ progress, and routing work for review/approval.

Project Manager works very closely with Functional Producers, Cross functional Producer, Creative Team and Content/Business Affairs teams in Marcom. 

Description

  • Creative development – total workflow must be understood/managed i.e. internal briefing, briefing to vendors/studios, managing key milestones/deadlines, presentations/internal approvals, executions, delivery, etc.
  • Building and optimising systematic management of projects.
  • Priority coordination/implementation accordingly to the priorities set by XF Producer, Functional Producers and Senior Manager, Production Resources. 
  • Frequent communication and negotiation with different stakeholders i.e. Functional Producers, Creative Team and 3rd party outside support.
  • Leveraging the existing tools to reflect the latest information or developments into project management.
  • Holistic project and time management.
  • Understanding of how to deliver quality creative work.
  • Leveraging the existing tools to reflect the latest information or developments into project management.
  • Understanding of importance of attention to detail.
  • Fast paced, demanding creative and production environment.
  • Working with global players in an international setting.
  • Consolidate information from each Function and project quarterly workload in order to identify incremental resource requirements.
  • Chase and own latest status of each Functional/XF Producer’s project and manage weekly and daily traffic.
  • Obtain PDFs of all work produced (at the close of a project) and upload to WW PDF Library working closely with Marcom Digital Asset Manager.

Key Qualifications

  • 8 to 10 years of traffic management experience in a creatively-driven agency (preferred) or client organisation.
  • Proven track record of working on global brands across all media including print, interactive, retail & channel.
  • Deep experience and understanding of the creative development process.
  • Attention to detail and results oriented.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Experience across all facets of Project Management skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Team player who takes personal ownership of assigned tasks.

This will be a 1year consultant role initially.
