The Intern will have the following main responsibilities:
- Participate in the coordination and contribution of various marketing and communication activities. This includes support before, during and after client events, client webinars, and the drafting of newsletters.
- Assist in i) managing activities on social media, particularly on LinkedIn, ii) maintaining the quality of the Swiss client database, and iii) updating websites (German and Swiss).
- Assist in monitoring all MarCom KPIs i.e. for webinars, database growth, newsletters, LinkedIn, etc.
Desired qualifications, skills and experiences:
- Bachelor degree in progress on marketing, communication, business or related fields
- Previous experience or specific cursus in market research or communication is not a must but a plus
- Team player and good communication skills are compulsory for this position
- Multi-tasking: ability to work on different projects at different stages simultaneously.
- Willing to learn and to thrive in a dynamic business environment
- High attention to details and outstanding organization skills
- Open minded, curious, dynamic, enthusiastic and agile
- Fluent reading/ writing/ speaking English is compulsory
- French or German is a plus but not a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
A written tripartite agreement is mandatory between the intern, the school and Ipsos Suisse.
