Ter ondersteuning van onze operationele teams zijn wij op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en proactieve Manufacturing Support Officer.

Jouw rol
Als Manufacturing Support Officer ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen het manufacturingteam van Maurice de Wit. Jij zorgt ervoor dat administratieve en organisatorische processen soepel verlopen, zodat het team zich kan focussen op de operatie. Je werkt volgens duidelijke richtlijnen en procedures en ondersteunt het team in de dagelijkse gang van zaken.

Wat ga je doen?

• Administratieve ondersteuning van het productieproces (o.a. taporders, voorraden en SAP‑registraties)
• Opstellen en bijhouden van week‑ en maandrapportages en proces‑KPI’s (zoals OEE en First Time Right)
• Ondersteuning en bewaking van verplichte trainingen en de trainingsmatrix
• Organisatorische ondersteuning van supervisors en MT (notulen, acties opvolgen, communicatie)
• Meedenken over en bijdragen aan verbeteringen in werkwijzen, standaarden en processen

Wat breng jij mee?

• Minimaal een middelbare schoolopleiding (MBO-niveau of equivalent)
• 2 tot 4 jaar relevante werkervaring in een administratieve of ondersteunende rol
• Ervaring in een productie- of industriële omgeving is een pré
• Goede organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden
• Nauwkeurig, betrouwbaar en servicegericht
• Comfortabel met standaard kantoorsoftware (bijv. Microsoft Office)
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands (Engels is een pré)
