Manufacturing Supervisor – Cell Therapy & Mammalian Manufacturing

What you will do:
Lead and develop a team of manufacturing associates through coaching and feedback.
Build engagement, accountability, and a strong culture of safety and quality.
Oversee day-to-day production in:
Cell Therapy: patient-specific aseptic processing, cell expansion, and cryopreservation
Mammalian: large-scale bioreactor operations, purification, and drug substance manufacturing
Ensure shift plans are executed safely, efficiently, and in full cGMP compliance.
Manage shift handovers, staffing, priorities, and real‑time issue escalation.
Support deviation triage, investigations, and audit‑readiness activities.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
What we are looking for:
3–5+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience in biotech, pharma, or related fields.
Experience leading teams, shifts, or acting as a point of contact or lead.
Technical foundation in aseptic processing, cell therapy, or mammalian systems.
A calm, decisive leadership approach during fast‑paced operations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate issues into clear actions.
High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
Ability to work a day‑shift rotating schedule (7:00am–7:00pm) or night‑shift rotating schedule (7:00pm-7:00am) following a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off repeating pattern.
