We are looking for people capable with professional Quality Assurance, power of driving quality and continuous improvement to meet Quality version of ASML. We have greatly opportunity to enlarge our scope in the next 5-10 years in ASML Linkou Factory. In this position you will engage LEAN production and quality manufacturing with new or current manufacturing processes.
Job MissionWith strategic thinking and business sense for systematic planning to drive the values for factory and stands as a role model within all operations in corporate
Leading cross-functions to quality related issues to lead production lines to quality excellence and earn customers’ satisfaction
With the expertise of Quality system to deploy plan and execution for growing Quality independent and maturity in manufacturing
Evaluate process performance for the purpose of identifying required problem solving, improvements and opportunities
Analyze source of cause for material quality issues and drive for improvement to achieve first-time-right and zero defect
Communicate with internal customers (factory wise) to get quality feedback and leading solution to reach zero defect
Contribution with the capabilities of Quality Mindset, Issue Resolution, Quality Control and Quality Assurance in the organization
As the staff of Quality manager with certain level of Quality vision and knowledge to develop the team
Capable being the backup of Quality manager and building the network to connect global/manufacturing quality
Lead the tasks for ISO-9001 internal/external audit, drive for actions and follow up the improvement status to ensure the compliance
Education and Experience
Bachelor degree or above
10+ years relevant experience in hi-tech manufacturing environment with a focus on quality engineering, reporting
Preferably leadership in semiconductor industry
Seniority experience in supplier management, manufacturing, logistics, development & engineering
Skills
Broad knowledge of Quality tools
Experience in handling projects for improvement
Powerful presentation skill (demonstration is required)
Handling of conflict and confrontation
Stakeholder management and collaboration
