The Manufacturing Project Specialist is responsible for ensuring manufacturing readiness across production suites and support areas. You will lead planning, coordination, and execution activities to support safe, compliant, and efficient campaign delivery. Working cross-functionally, you will partner with internal teams, customers, and subject matter experts to ensure manufacturing is set up for success.

What you will do

  • Lead manufacturing readiness activities for production campaigns
  • Review and approve manufacturing documents, including SOPs, batch records, and validation protocols
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and improve manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to support successful execution
  • Manage improvement projects from concept through completion
  • Support document creation and accuracy using analysis, dry runs, and mock set-ups
  • Represent Manufacturing in meetings and communicate progress, risks, and updates

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in biotechnology or a similar manufacturing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
  • Effective planning, time management, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
