Role and Responsibilities
The FAB Project Leader is positioned within eBeam Factory FAB team; a team consisting of Transfer Team, Deliver Operation, Build Operation, Reuse Team, Technical Support, Process Improvement, Tool Cabin and Project Leader.
The position is designed as a key role of FAB Leadership succession pipeline. Your ultimate mission is to learn and growth through supporting FAB leadership to drive operation excellence. You will coordinate Manufacturing teams to ensure business performance metrics are proper managed; you will translate business visions, improvement directions into practical plans and lead the plan execution. The goal is to grow manufacturing team’s competency maturity and operational capability, under capacity expansion to ensure Product Value Steam Industrialization.
Your job will include:
· Based on business priorities, you will determine and define project scope and objectives into a practical, executable & measurable plan.
· Lead projects across cross-function teams and guide members to meet the planned milestone & target.
· Supporting Product Value Stream Industrialization of all new eBeam products include Make & Install.
· Coordinate competence uplift and training strategy to address organization & capacity ramp up and multiple NPI requirement.
· Being a role model with regard to the lean leadership principles; facilitating and stimulating an environment for continuous improvement through leveraging systematic problem solving skills, Lean Tools, 6-Sigma, G8D, SPC… etc.
Education
Master’s degree (or Bachelor + relevant experience) in Science, Technology and Engineering.
Experience
· Frontline supervisory or team leader experience (8~15 years) in a plant manufacturing environment.
· Extensive project management experience (5~10 years), preferably experience in the area of new product introduction.
· Six Sigma & Lean experience is a plus
