ResponsibilitiesProject Plan

Reviews and formulates the project plan/workstream, creates budget and determines required resources, clarifies role and activities of team members. Carries out research, workshops and other activities to support the specification and agreement of project deliverables.

Project Initiation

Understands the identified business needs, stakeholders and linkages to other projects regarding the project scope and objectives.

Project Execution

Coordinates the project team(s); communicates the outcomes needed, coordinates team activities on project tasks; requests additional team member support when needed; takes corrective actions when necessary.

Project closure

Manages the project closing, analyzes lessons learned and leads the handover of the project to the Project Lead, internal customer and/or line management.

Relations management

Builds and maintains a network of mainly internal and external stakeholders / partners to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met.

Governance

Executes project activities in compliance with ASML's project management framework and processes.

Project information

Drafts project review reports and presentations, including key information, commentary, and recommendations to support the review process and approvals if needed.

Risk management

Identifies and reviews problems and risks in the project, project structure, processes and governance, makes recommendations and implements approved actions and improvements.

People Development

Coaches project team members ASML project management standards and processes.
