ResponsibilitiesProject PlanReviews and formulates the project plan/workstream, creates budget and determines required resources, clarifies role and activities of team members. Carries out research, workshops and other activities to support the specification and agreement of project deliverables.
Project InitiationUnderstands the identified business needs, stakeholders and linkages to other projects regarding the project scope and objectives.
Project ExecutionCoordinates the project team(s); communicates the outcomes needed, coordinates team activities on project tasks; requests additional team member support when needed; takes corrective actions when necessary.
Project closureManages the project closing, analyzes lessons learned and leads the handover of the project to the Project Lead, internal customer and/or line management.
