We are looking for a strong and proactive leader to join our Production Planning (PP) team as a Group Lead successor. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence by balancing demand and supply, driving planning performance, and enabling cross-functional alignment across manufacturing, program, and supply chain teams.
The position requires strong leadership, structured thinking, and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment with high complexity and ambiguity.

 

Role and responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Production Planning team to ensure stable delivery performance and operational efficiency
  • Drive demand & supply alignment and secure output while maintaining quality and cycle time performance
  • Own and improve planning processes (WOW), including master planning, capacity planning, and escalation management
  • Act as a key interface between Manufacturing, Program (NPI), Supply Chain, and other stakeholders
  • Identify risks in capacity, materials, and execution, and proactively propose mitigation plans
  • Enable data-driven decision making through analysis, scenario simulation, and performance tracking
  • Support organizational development, including coaching team members and building future successors
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency, transparency, and scalability

 

Education and experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in production planning, operations, or supply chain environment
  • Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or complex assembly environment is preferred
  • Proven experience in leading teams or project leadership is a plus
