Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören: 

  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozess-/Rezepteinstellungen für Halbleiterfertigungsprozesse für neue Technologien, Technologietransfers und zur Verbesserung von Qualität, Durchsatz oder Kostensenkung 
  • Vorantreiben von Projekten zur weiteren Automatisierung von Fertigungsprozessen 
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien und Methoden zur Steuerung und Verbesserung der Prozessüberwachung, um eine frühzeitige Erkennung von Prozess- oder Anlagenanomalien zu ermöglichen und eine hohe und stabile Qualität in Produktionsprozessen zu gewährleisten
  • Identifizierung systematischer Probleme in prozess- oder anlagenbezogenen Quellen und kontinuierliche Kommunikation der Erkenntnisse an das Engineering-Team
  • Beteiligung an und Vorantreiben von Datenanalysen und Problemlösungen zusammen mit deinen Kollegen
  • Unterstützung des Fertigungsanlaufs durch Ausführung von Anlagen-/Prozessstartups und Prozessexperimenten (SWRs) 
  • Durchführung von Lot- und Anlagendisponierungen zur Unterstützung des kontinuierlichen Produktionsflusses und zur Minimierung der Durchlaufzeiten in einer hochvolumigen 200mm Wafer Fab mit analogen Technologien
Qualifications

Mindestanforderungen:

  • Master-Abschluss oder PHD in Chemie-ingenieurwesen, Chemie, Elektrotechnik, Materialwissenschaften, Maschinenbau, Physik oder einem verwandten Bereich 
  • Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse: C1

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen: 

  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit mindestens einer Programmiersprache 
  • Halbleiterphysik-Grundlagen sind von Vorteil
  • Nachgewiesene starke analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten 
  • Starke mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten 
  • Fähigkeit, im Team zu arbeiten und effektiv mit Menschen in verschiedenen Funktionen zusammenzuarbeiten 
  • Starke Zeitmanagement-Fähigkeiten, die eine pünktliche Projektablieferung ermöglichen 
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, starke, einflussreiche Beziehungen aufzubauen  
  • Fähigkeit, effektiv in einem schnelllebigen und sich schnell verändernden Umfeld zu arbeiten 
  • Fähigkeit, Initiative zu ergreifen und ergebnisorientiert zu handeln

Skills Required

  • Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field
  • Fluent in German (C1)
  • Experience with at least one programming language
