Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 4) to join the Propulsion Systems Team in Kent, Washington.
This position is for an operations analyst responsible for 737 MAX and P-8 engine production system problem solving and improvements. Key duties will be working line-side with the manufacturing team to identify and overcome production system constraints using lean tactics. Organizational and project management skills will be required to coordinate and accomplish improvement initiatives. Initiative and team work collaboration skills are critical.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
- Analyzes and interprets data
- Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
- Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives
- Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
- Works under minimal direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)
- 1+ years of experience with Lean Manufacturing
- 1+ years of experience with Project Management

Summary Pay Range: $126,000 - $154,000
