The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a First Line Manufacturing Manager (level K) to support the Boeing Production Systems (BPS) team based out of Renton, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies. Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manages, develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
1+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives
1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal or informal leadership role
Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, guiding and leading team
1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)
1+ years of experience working within a cross-functional organizational environment
1+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership
