- Learn and execute manufacturing instructions for equipment preparation, compounding, filtration, formulation, and fill activities for aseptic and terminally sterilized products in accordance with SOPs.
- Learn to operate production equipment and complete regulatory compliant documentation accurately.
- Assist in maintaining documentation (forms, logbooks, batch records) according to good documentation practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in room sanitization and cleaning to support controlled environment standards.
- Help with floor-to-ceiling cleaning using approved methods/disinfectants, following precise documentation practices as instructed by your supervisor.
- Follow USP guidelines and internal SOPs for cleanroom sanitation, with guidance from your team.
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and sanitation tasks as assigned.
- Wear PPE such as shoe covers, hair nets, and smocks, and learn cleanroom safety protocols.
- Learn how to identify, escalate, and document events that deviate from normal operation; participate as needed in investigations. Work with cross-functional departments to identify root cause and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Support routine and critical operations as well as validation activities, when required/assigned.
- Learn basic aseptic techniques and proper gowning procedures.
- Assist in CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Steam-in-Place) operations for equipment preparation.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.

- Currently pursuing a degree in a related technical field.
- Must be local to York, PA
- Willingness to work extended shifts and a variable schedule when required.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Experience with MS Office/Excel tools.
