- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Kardex/official academic record required.
- Must reside in Nuevo León.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Process, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
- Experience in manufacturing environments.
- Experience managing unionized personnel and professional staff.
- Experience implementing and improving manufacturing processes.
- Experience monitoring production metrics, productivity, and quality indicators.
- Knowledge of TL 9000 and ISO 14001 standards.
