The Manufacturing Engineer supports this mission by defining, validating, and continuously improving manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.
Fueling Your Passion
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and controlling production processes, validating design specifications, and ensuring effective application of new products, tools, and equipment on the shop floor. You will support standardized manufacturing practices while identifying opportunities for improvement and leading a small manufacturing unit with defined budget responsibility.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Defining, implementing, and controlling manufacturing and production processes, including tooling and equipment.
Validating design specifications and ensuring proper application of new products, tools, or equipment on the shop floor.
Supporting the introduction of new products and process changes into manufacturing operations.
Exchanging data, information, and feedback related to product, process, and procedural improvements.
Applying and maintaining standardized manufacturing processes, using established guidelines to determine appropriate actions.
Demonstrating some flexibility in planning and execution while operating within defined processes and standards.
Leading a small manufacturing unit with budget responsibility of greater than $0.5 million.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support operational efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Conducting all activities in alignment with company Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) policies, quality standards, and core values.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or
Have a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience.
Have experience supporting or managing manufacturing processes, tooling, or equipment in a production environment.
Have strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to analyze and improve manufacturing performance.
Have the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production and engineering teams.
