We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and contribute to operational excellence in our manufacturing processes.
Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, ERP systems knowledge (Oracle preferred), workforce and resource management, process documentation, production metrics control, quality standards compliance (TL 9000 and ISO 14001), knowledge of MASS requirements, time studies, line balancing, layout development, operational flow analysis, quality planning, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), implementation of continuous improvement tools, process capability analysis, scrap and PPM control, productivity and efficiency improvement, implementation of 5S methodology, and implementation of the Fujikura Production System (FPS).
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing environments, experience managing workforce, materials, and equipment, monitoring operational metrics, implementing and developing manufacturing processes for new and existing products, and ensuring productivity and on-time delivery.
Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Language: Intermediate to advanced English.
