Job Description:

Responsible for NPI (new product introduction), providing process engineering support to manufacturing with emphasis on safety, process development, improvement and optimization aimed at enhancing quality and efficiency, increasing productivity, improving yield and cycle time, and reducing unit cost.

- Strong safety knowledge and sense to support operation safety

- Develop and lead programs to new product qualifications, improve process and capability continuously

-Own new product& process introduction and development

- Conduct FMEA, MSA and DOE, and optimize process parameter/process window.

- Responsible for product introduction, including BOM setting up, routine maintenance, unit cost study, SOP and WI development etc…

- Lead to solve equipment troubles, cooperate to develop equipment PM, TPM and propose an effective and available suggestion on equipment alteration.

- Measure and improve Ppk for key process variables.

- Train production personnel on process procedures and capabilities.

- Provide daily support to production operation

- Lead related capital investment to support business growth

- Lead and implement projects to continuously achieve cost reduction

- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
