POSITION SUMMARY: The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in a manufacturing environment, including operating machinery, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. This role ensures that products are produced efficiently, on time, and in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Inspect products based on production requirements
• Monitor production output for quality and report any defects or deviations
• Maintain accurate production records and complete necessary documentation
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required

• Must have ability to bend, kneel, and reach
• Work involves frequent standing and moving throughout the shift and infrequent sitting.
• Must have good vision

• Frequently work at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
• Nosie level is monitored through a hearing conservation program
• Responsibilities may occasionally require adjusted work schedules and/or weekend hours to meet deadlines
LANGUAGE/COMUNICATION SKILLS:
• Language proficiency to read, write, understand and communicate essential job functions and safety
