- Responsible for the overall function and requirements of the production at designated plant,
- Confirm products status and monitor production achievement against target,
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement activities and culture,
- Ensure compliances to all the company rules, procedures and regulations among team members,
- Promote positive culture and teamwork among team members,
- Working together with HR Team to offer career and training development for team members,
- Preference is candidate from Automotive Parts manufacturing industries.
