Requirements🧩 About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to join our growing QA team at Atcom S.A., a dynamic software agency delivering custom digital solutions for a wide range of clients across industries. As a QA Tester, you will work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality web and mobile applications.
🛠️ Responsibilities- Analyze project requirements and technical documentation to design effective test plans and test cases
- Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
- Validate front-end and back-end functionality across multiple browsers and devices
- Report bugs with clear documentation using tools like Jira, Trello, Bugherd, Azure
- Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to reproduce and resolve issues
- Perform smoke and sanity tests after deployments
- Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards before release
- Contribute to QA best practices and process improvements
- 1-3 years of experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies (Agile/Scrum experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience writing test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports
- Familiarity with cross-browser and responsive testing
- Experience using tools like Jira, TestRail, Confluence, or similar
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and DevTools for UI inspection
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple projects
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman
- Exposure to automation tools like Selenium (even if not core to your role)
- Experience in client-facing projects or working in an agency environment
- Understanding of accessibility and usability testing
