The Role
We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer (Web). In this role, you will work with a mature QA process, established tools, and a strong team, while also having space to grow. You will be able to deepen your expertise by working with relational and document-oriented databases, REST APIs, proxy tools, and analytics. You'll have the opportunity to try your hand at testing marketing logic, supporting A/B experiments, and influencing product quality at scale. It's a solid environment for those who want to strengthen their core QA skills and expand into more complex testing scenarios step by step
In this role, you will
- Perform manual testing of internal web products using API tools and databases
- Conduct smoke, sanity, and regression testing for various web functionalities
- Create test documentation including test cases, bug reports, and checklists
- Participate in SCRUM processes and the full software development lifecycle
- Support and execute A/B testing initiatives
- Work with internal products such as admin panels
- Investigate bugs and analyze their root causes
- Build test reports to communicate findings and quality trends
- Contribute to improving the speed and quality of testing
- Perform functional testing of new features
- Test responsive web designs and native mobile applications
It’s all about you
- At least 3 years of commercial experience in web testing
- Confident working with Jira, Confluence, and various test management systems
- Hands-on experience using DevTools for testing and debugging
- Familiarity with relational or document-oriented databases (querying, editing, deleting data)
- Experience with Proxy debugging tools (e.g., Charles, Proxyman, Fiddler)
- Proficiency with Postman, Swagger, or similar tools for API testing
- Solid understanding of SCRUM methodologies and SDLC
- Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing requirements
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Experience testing responsive websites and native mobile apps
- Intermediate or higher level of English
- Attention to detail and a critical mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving attitude and learning agility
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently
- Curiosity and proactive approach to challenges
- Experience with CRM
- Experience with MongoDB
