Main Responsibilities
- Manual testing of the Saily product.
- Defining processes for test plans and the various phases of a testing cycle.
- Proactively suggest product quality improvements by participating in feature planning and estimation with the development team.
- Analyze found bugs during tests and prepare recommendations for process improvements to avoid similar cases.
- Create detailed and well-structured test cases.
- Ensure that the product is at a high-quality level for deployment.
- Work closely with product and engineering managers, developers, and other QA team members to ensure a high-quality product.
- Train and mentor less senior team members in best QA practices.
- Embrace and utilize AI to its maximum potential - actively explore and adopt AI-powered tools to boost QA team efficiency across test case generation, bug triage, exploratory testing, regression analysis and documentation.
Core Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in manual testing.
- Experience testing mobile apps or APIs.
- Expertise in software QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in driving QA direction.
- Collaborative attitude.
- Knowledge of best Agile practices.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Openness to AI-assisted workflows - willingness to experiment with AI tools and integrate them into daily QA processes to continuously improve team productivity.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in test automation.
- ISTQB foundation certificate would be considered a huge advantage but is not mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing or productivity tools.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary: 3000 EUR - 4600 EUR/month
