Opportunity Overview
We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Manual & Automation Testers to join our growing QA team. This opportunity is specially designed for women professionals who have taken a career break and are now looking to re-enter the workforce.
This is a fully remote role offering flexibility, mentorship, and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge analytics and business intelligence products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand product requirements and prepare comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
  • Identify, document, track, and validate defects
  • Develop and maintain automation test scripts
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA discussions
  • Ensure product quality, usability, and performance standards are met
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing frameworks
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Engineering degree (BE/BTech or equivalent)
  • Prior experience in Manual Testing and/or Automation Testing
  • Good understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC
  • Experience with test case creation, bug tracking, and QA methodologies
  • Familiarity with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium or similar technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage
  • Strong proficiency in advanced Excel is highly desirable
  • Experience in data validation and analytics testing is a plus
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies will be beneficial
