Job Description
Skills required
- 3-5 years Experience with Manhattan WMS Application (WMoS/Active WM).
- Techno-Functional knowledge on Manhattan Warehouse management System with good debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in analyzing customer needs and requirements.
- Work experience in writing queries with relational databases such as Oracle or similar.
- Maintaining quality project and software testing, documentation and analysis.
- Good understanding of the product functionalities, configurations.
- Good Communication skill and good team player.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis and estimation based on business requirements.
- Root cause analysis of issues reported in the Manhattan WMS solution.
- WMS Implementation, configuration, testing and support
- Documentation of process flows and suggestion of improvements.
- Communicate timelines and status effectively.
- Should be able to design and execute test cases for the solutions. Providing Status Reports and ensuring all required documentation are kept up to date.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering collaboration and mentoring junior colleagues to ensure their professional growth.
- Actively contribute to international projects, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility to accommodate varying time zones and project requirements.
Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years
