We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Partner to join our leadership team at Archer Talent Agents. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Healthcare Executive Recruiter with team leadership experience to take on a pivotal role in guiding the trajectory of our firm. What you'll do
  • Lead and manage a team of executive recruiters, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure team success.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Drive business development efforts, generating new client relationships and expanding existing accounts.

  • Serve as a key member of the ATA leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes.

  • Oversee recruitment projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.

  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

What we're seekingMust have
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Healthcare Executive Recruiter.

  • 3 - 5 years of team leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.

  • Strong client relationship skills, with a track record of building and maintaining successful client partnerships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the overall direction of the firm.
