The Managing Partner at Menyala leads the studio's operations and guides its ventures toward success. This role involves leading a high-performing team toward its goal of making technology more accessible to all.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead Menyala on the global stage, inspiring a high-performing team dedicated to supporting and advancing the studio’s initiatives.
• Focus on attracting global talent and launching ventures that set new standards in technology accessibility and innovation.
• Build and expand a global network around Menyala, strengthening ties with investors, advisors, builders, and entrepreneurs.
• Support founders in fundraising, scaling, and commercializing their ventures.
• Develop and execute Menyala’s strategic objectives with a global perspective, aiming for long-term impacts that enhance technological accessibility.

• Extensive experience in building successful ventures, from inception to PMF (Product-Market Fit).
• Strong network within the global investment community, including previous roles as a founder.

• Demonstrated success in achieving a significant exit or scaling their own successful venture.
