The ideal candidate is a European based senior procurement practitioner with strong commercial judgment, global experience, and a track record of working across complex, cross-functional environments. • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to design and develop agentic AI solutions that enable the full procurement lifecycle
  • Translate real-world procurement challenges into scalable product capabilities that drive client value and operational efficiency
  • Support product sales efforts by participating in client demos, shaping solution narratives, and engaging directly with prospective customers
  • Engage with clients and partners to understand requirements, refine solutions, and ensure alignment between product capabilities and customer needs
  • Support vendor onboarding activities by managing and responding to client questionnaires and due diligence requests
  • Own cross-functional workstreams and help prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and strategic direction

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology procurement, with strong exposure to global procurement, vendor management, and commercial negotiations
  • Experience in Big 4 or similarly rigorous and fast-paced environments preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working across procurement, commercial, and client-facing functions
  • Proven track record of supporting or leading complex deal processes, including RFPs, RFIs, and contract negotiations
  • Experience operating in ambiguous, high-growth, or rapidly evolving environments
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and clients, including presenting solutions and leading discussions

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Strong commercial and contractual judgment with the ability to balance risk and business objectives in a fast paced and rapidly scaling environment
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working in agile, unstructured environments
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and clients

  • Technology-forward mindset with a willingness to work closely with product and engineering teams (no coding required)
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive outcomes in complex environments
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and team collaboration
