We are a production service company that creates next-level photo and video content for international brands.

Founded in 2017 as a niche food photography studio, we’ve since grown into a full-scale tabletop production powerhouse. While food photography is still our specialty, we’ve expanded our skill set to produce compelling videos and photos for leading brands across various industries.

Our team is a vibrant mix of photographers, videographers, stylists, chefs and tech experts—each bringing their own unique flair to the table. We’re passionate about turning clients’ ideas into breathtaking visuals.

And now, we’re on the hunt for one more key player. Someone who can take the foundation we’ve built over the past seven years and propel Flavorific to new heights.

We’re looking for the Managing Director.

As Managing Director, you'll lead both the team and the studio, with full autonomy to shape the studio’s vision and direction, reporting directly to the board.

We would expect that you:

• Set long-term goals and guide the company toward sustainable growth.
• Lead and support the sales team, driving new ideas and exploring market opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships and manage any escalations.
• Oversee daily studio operations and introduce process improvements where needed.
• Support key teams, ensuring smooth workflows and resolving challenges as they arise.
• Foster a positive work culture, focusing on employee satisfaction, growth, and compensation.
• Recruit new talent when needed.
• Work closely with the team to manage finances, ensuring timely invoicing, payment collection, and cost optimization.
• Report key insights to shareholders and maintain open lines of communication.
• Represent Flavorific at public events, shaping the company’s public image.
• Stay current with industry trends, always looking for ways to innovate.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Share your own ideas, bring them to life, and make a real impact on the company’s direction.

• You’ve spent at least 5 years in the content production industry, either in production companies or agencies that rely on production services.
• You’re motivated by growth and excited about the opportunity to take Flavorific to new heights.
• You’ve got an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• You’ve worked closely with production studios, perhaps managing them or playing a key role in productions. Maybe you’ve been a producer and are now seeking your next big challenge.
• You have experience leading teams, whether as second-in-command or as a key decision-maker.
• You’re ready to lead our sales efforts and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table—maybe you’re a sales professional looking for your next step up.
• You’ve built a solid network and know how to leverage your connections.
• You’re comfortable with numbers and finances, and understand the importance of P&L and driving financial success.
• You keep up with industry trends and have a passion for all things creative.
• You’re highly proficient in both written and spoken English.
