TeamDynamix is seeking a highly technical, solutions-oriented, and customer-focused Managing Technical Consultant to join our growing Professional Services team. In this role, you will partner directly with customers to design and implement technical solutions, build integrations between TeamDynamix and client systems, and help solve complex business challenges through automation and technology. This remote opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong software engineering experience, a consultative mindset, and the ability to balance technical depth with exceptional client partnership.
About the Role
Partner directly with customers to provide technical expertise and help resolve complex implementation and integration challenges.
Design, build, configure, and maintain integrations between TeamDynamix solutions and client systems.
Identify opportunities for automation and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and solve business problems.
Gather and document technical requirements, working closely with customers to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues and drive timely resolution to ensure high customer satisfaction and minimize disruption.
Serve as a technical subject matter expert and provide guidance to other members of the Professional Services team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services leadership to influence the strategic direction and roadmap of the division.
Partner closely with Sales to improve solution scoping and help create more accurate Statements of Work (SOWs).
Recommend and implement process improvements that maximize team resources and operational effectiveness.
Deliver high-quality consulting services and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers.
Provide regular project updates and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in software engineering, database report writing, or technical solution development.
7–10+ years of experience within computer technology, technical services, or related fields.
Experience working directly with customers in a technical consulting or support capacity.
Ability to define business requirements and translate them into creative, scalable technical solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage highly complex issues independently.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to advise both technical and executive audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build trusted client relationships.
Experience with Linux and/or Windows administration (preferred).
Customer support experience (preferred).
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
Brings broad technical expertise and enjoys solving challenging problems through collaboration and innovation.
