Ramboll is seeking a highly motivated Managing Consultants with multiple type and years of experience to join an environmental team based in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Kraków or Wrocław. Your responsibilities

  • Participation in environmental impact assessment projects (EIA) PLUS environmental Site assessment (Phase 1 ESA), environmental, social, governance (ESG) and life-cycle assessment (LCA) projects (we understand that in some of this fields you may not be as experienced as in others),
  • Project management and managing of medium-sized project teams,
  • Developing proposals, maintaining good relationship with clients, provide support in driving sales and bringing new opportunities,
  • Active cooperation with entire team in Poland other Ramboll branches around the world,
  • Participation in business trips (domestic and foreign).

 
Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, environmental protection, waste management, earth sciences or in a related field; advanced degree preferred (Master of Science),
  • Experience in environmental impact assessment projects (EIA), environmental site assessment (Phase 1 ESA), PLUS environmental, social governance (ESG), and life-cycle assessment (LCA), waste management, environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA) (we understand that in some of this fields you may not be as experienced as in others),
  • Solid understanding of Polish environmental law and regulations and documented practical experience in relations with administrative authorities,
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office, ArcGIS and graphics programs (e.g. CorelDraw),
  • Fluency in both Polish and English (upper intermediate and above), with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment; additional language will be an advantage (e.g. German),
  • Proven experience in medium to large size projects’ management with focus on building high-performing teams and tracking project profitability (project finance),
  • Ability to work as a part of a team,
  • Experience in business development and client management,
  • Readiness to work at the Clients’ sites - a few days a month – site visits, audits and field work. Driving license category B is required,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions,
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, high responsiveness, willingness to present during conferences will be a plus,
  • Understanding of consulting business methodologies and best practices, resistance to stress.
