As a Managing Associate / Financial Advisor, you will continue expanding your client base while shaping the future of your practice through strategic leadership, talent development, and innovative planning strategies. Key ResponsibilitiesGrow and manage a personal client practice focused on holistic financial planning
Recruit, coach, and develop a select group of advisors and support staff
Build and execute strategic business plans for sustainable growth
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering customized investment, insurance, and retirement strategies
Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver advanced planning solutions
Leverage technology and data-driven insights to enhance client outcomes
Represent the firm’s values through leadership, professionalism, and integrity
Advanced technology platforms designed to streamline and scale your practice
Broad access to investment, protection, and retirement offerings with the ability to influence product development
Integrated insurance marketplace for comprehensive client solutions
Specialized business owner planning processes to expand your advisory impact
Concierge-level operational support, including underwriting, new business, compliance, and advanced case design
Access to experienced investment, trust, and estate planning specialists

3–5 years of experience as a financial advisor or planner
Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain)
