As a Manager in our Business Advisory division, you’ll lead a talented team and deliver exceptional financial and tax services to a diverse client base. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping businesses navigate complex challenges and uncover opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and oversee preparation of financial statements and tax returns across various entities
- Provide strategic tax planning and business advisory services
- Analyse financial data and develop models to support client decision-making
- Identify and resolve complex accounting and tax issues
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering practical and commercial advice
- Manage workflow and team performance to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes
About you:
What We’re Looking For- Degree-qualified in Accounting or related discipline
- CA or CPA qualified (or working towards)
- Proven experience in business advisory, tax, and accounting
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
