Job Summary:

As a Manager - Operations, you will be responsible for maintaining SLAs, ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality output under stringent deadlines. You will oversee large-scale website production operations, drive SLA adherence, and collaborate with global clients, particularly in the US. You should have strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills and be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets/presentations for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations & Team Management:
  • Lead and manage a team of 50-100 members to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure error-free and timely execution of projects, meeting SLAs without compromising quality.
  • Optimize processes, adopt efficient strategies, and drive continuous improvements.
• Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with global clients, addressing concerns and resolving escalations efficiently.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly client calls to discuss progress, issues, and improvements.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• People & Performance Management:
  • Motivate, mentor, and engage teams to maintain high morale and productivity.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and manage appraisals, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires to align with business needs.
• Process Optimization & SLA Adherence:
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all operational functions.
  • Monitor key metrics and performance indicators, driving process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Leverage Excel/Google Sheets for tracking performance, analyzing trends, and optimizing workflows.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement process enhancements.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven track record of managing 50-100 members in high-pressure environments
2. Excellent communication skills and hands on experience on stakeholder management and client interaction 
3. Strong analytical mindset, leveraging data to drive operational improvements.
4. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting, automation, and process tracking. Hands on experience on any project management tool like JIRA.
5. Flexible to work in a global environment, handling clients across time zones.
6. Experience in handling SLAs & high-volume production environments.
7. Ability to conduct team-building activities and maintain a motivated workforce.
