Manager, Wealth Data Foundations

The Manager - Wealth Data Foundation mandate is to design, create and develop the ever-increasing complex datasets needed to enable Wealth Analytical teams to generate reports, dashboards, models, and insights.

The role is responsible for performing data extraction, aggregation, transformation, management, and quality reviews of data from multiple data sources for use in reporting and analytics.  Data quality is key, and any identified issues should have a well-defined remediation plan in place. The role requires strong communication skills to work with business partners & interpretate business requirements, explain trends as well as the source of data utilized in reporting.  Strong documentation around processes and reporting is required. 

The Manager is expected to lead & execute projects independently .

• Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
• Organizational Skills

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
