SUMMARY: This person provider’s overall leadership to ensure the achievement of Value Stream’s business goals. This leader will be responsible for managing the entire business process from customer order to customer dock.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, recommending action.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with all company regulations, policies and procedures for the Quality System compliance.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with all company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and environment compliance.
Based on customer order requirements, plan operations for fabrication and assembly of products.
Perform production forecast to achieve monthly sales goal
Partners with other team members to execute financial commitments of the business.
Leads all business aspects of cross functional Values Stream team to ensure goal are met.
Lean and support the operation team in Lean Manufacturing initiatives
Responds to and participates in corrective action implementation to observations identified in internal audits.
Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules and resolving problems related to the Value Stream.
Implements and improves the current production standards to obtain cost reductions YoY
Self-sufficient in the role with minimal supervision required to ensure production goals
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Have supervisory responsibilities: Yes
Leadership: Supervise/manage/direct the selection, training, development, appraisal and work assignments of personnel.

Manufacturing Clerk
Supervision: General Direction: receive very general guidance with respect to overall objectives; work is usually quite independent of others; operate within division or department policy guidelines using independent judgment in achieving assigned objectives.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering is required, also 6-7 years of experience in supervisory and leadership roles. Knowledge in medical industry standards is a plus. Good written and oral English communication skills required. Demonstrated capacity to lead multidisciplinary teams.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Ability to work in a self-managed work team environment. Ability to work different work schedules. Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet and graphics.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
MANUAL DEXTERITY: Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers.
VISION REQUIREMENTS: No special vision requirements
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS: Night Shift - Sunday to Wednesday (Nocturno 4x3)
TRAVEL: Occasional.
ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS
Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Sedentary physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature.
