The Role

SeatGeek believes live events are powerful experiences that unite humans. With our technological savvy and fan-first attitude we’re simplifying and modernizing the ticketing industry. 

At SeatGeek, we are seeking a highly skilled UX Manager to redefine the live sports and entertainment setup, presale, onsale and postsale experiences. As a key leader in our team, you will champion behavioral design, systems design, and storytelling to develop innovative strategies for our enterprise ticketing platform. Your ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional partners and craft cohesive visions across various business verticals will drive us towards becoming the best-in-class ticketing platform on the market.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment throughout the design process
  • Deeply understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of sports teams, venues, ticketing ops and promoters
  • Set direction by creating clear and impactful strategies while also sweating the details through execution and launch
  • Balance speed and quality with a focus on driving impact through both optimizations and 0-1 product development
  • Demonstrate outstanding design skills and a passion for data, systems thinking and progressive discovery

What you have

The salary range for this role is $150,000-$250,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
