About the Role
The Magna Total Rewards Team is looking for a motivated and passionate individual to lead the company's US Well-being Program. This position offers candidates an exciting opportunity to design and launch a new US Well-being Program within a global organization. Responsibilities include leading a team of Well-being Coordinators where you and your team will travel across the country to Magna divisions to promote health and well-being initiatives and make an impact in the lives of our most important asset, our employees.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Well-being Coordinators who educate employees at Magna divisions throughout the US and serve as health and well-being resources for the; Design, develop, implement, evaluate outcomes, and supervise health and well-being programming for US employees.
  • Provide planning expertise including managing cost/benefit analysis, preparation/presentation of detailed proposals, and building business cases for approval.
  • Provide guidance and direction based on ongoing analysis of employee health status to establish and implement short and long-term goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures related to well-being programming.
  • Ensure well-being programs are innovative, and delivered within consideration of needs, cost-efficiency, competitive positioning, and emerging industry trends.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate educational materials and promotional activities for the well-being program; Collaborate and maintain effective relationships with various Business Leaders, Relationship Management Teams, Vendors, Corporate Communications, and Human Resources to develop and implement a communications plan to further employee well-being offerings.
  • Collect, analyzs, and report data relative to health-related baselines, outcomes, and return and value on investment for employee well-being programs and develop targeted interventions based on results.


Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Health Science, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of work-related experience
  • Written and verbal communication and advocacy skills consistent with the ability to present results of projects and research to upper-level management.
  • Motivating and passionate individual regarding employee health and well-being.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while leading a team.
  • Ability to travel overnight throughout the US, approximately 50% of the time and flexibility to work different work-shifts, including occasional nights, to accommodate all employees.


Your preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of Health Education, Health Promotion, and workplace well-being trends and issues.
  • Previous Supervisory experience
